Just how much does an insurance company care about someone injured at work? What do you think the workers compensation insurance company did to a local D.C. business owner who paid their premiums when she got hurt at work? One guess. They denied her legitimate claim, saying the injury wasn't covered, the medical treatment not related, etc.
Here's a sample of what the injured worker said after we settled her case (and she received everything - and more - that she was entitled to under the law):
"I have received the check and I thank you for your service. I will make sure everybody knows your firm for the type of service you are providing."
