Mr. Kearney and Mr. Donahoe were excellent attorneys. They were very caring toward my son and myself. They always explained everything in detail and kept in touch with us, updating us about the case. Whenever we would call or needed a question answered, Mr. Kearney or his assistant was always there to help. My son and I are very happy and satisfied with the outcome of the case. Mr. Kearney and Mr. Donahoe were the best and I would highly recommend them to other people.
I do not have any experience dealing with lawyers but my sister has and she just loves to share. She said they won’t call you back and keep you in the loop. I found Mr. Kearney’s office to be the opposite. I was well informed at all times and they were so nice and professional. I was never talked down to or made to feel I was not important. It was a great relationship!
“Frank gave us a tremendous help and kept us informed every step of the way. Originally, we didn’t intend to get a lawyer at all, because we didn’t know that we were going to need one. Dennis’s injury happened in 2007, and we didn’t contact Frank until 2011. We didn’t intend on getting a lawyer, we just wanted the company to take care of the costs of the injury (medical expenses and time off work). Then we ended up running into problems… Dennis wanted to continue to work and retire in good standing. But they started cutting pay when he had to go in for physical therapy, telling him he had to do his therapy during his lunch hour. It looked like we were going to need some help. I started reading about workers compensation and when I read the things on the Donahoe Kearney website, we were pretty impressed. Our doctor was surprised we’d gotten this far dealing with the insurance company on our own. They started making it really difficult on Dennis at work, like they were holding a grudge. We had to get a lawyer. One thing that really impressed us when dealing with Frank, even though Dennis had a settlement with his insurance company almost a year ago, whenever we had a call, they treat us like we are still an active case. It’s really very, very attentive service, very careful. Still total concern that his needs are met. I’d be happy to tell anybody that.”
“From the start it’s been very positive. Frank has heard me go through everything from depressed to anxious, to angry. He knows what kind of anxiety comes along with chronic and very serious pain. He is a very understanding and caring person. We also have common ground because we were both in the Army. I’ve shared a lot of personal and family things with him. Frank and his staff have been “Johnny on the Spot” with phone calls to get me appointments and tests. He’s fought for me to get what I need all along the way. The biggest concern for me is my family. Frank’s a good lawyer, I’ve used him before. He was endorsed by our union, I think he certainly still is. I think there’s a stigma attached to lawyers and people who use lawyers where you think there’s something to hide. But no, there’s not. It’s the nature of the work, and it’s repetition that caused my injury. The lawyers downtown at don’t get how not only dangerous but body unfriendly our jobs are. I’m sure Frank gets it. You name it, Frank deals with it. I need to, and am very thankful that I am, being paid. Frank is a fantastic advocate”
“I think you all did a great job. Every time I called you, you and your staff called me back. I know workers compensation is a hard thing but you all did a great job for me. I recommend anyone who has a problem or an injury to call Mr. Kearney.”
