It's been the age-old conversation since the industrial revolution - Union vs. Right to Work. However most people don't know that unions started in the United States in 1881!

 In some ways we see unions as being like attorneys - they are there to advocate for the rights of their workers, and they have a lot of tools in their belt to do that.

But even the best of unions sometimes need a little help on the legal end, especially when it comes to workers' compensation. We are just here to help the unions support their workers, and workers' compensation is a body of law that can be arcane and complex.

Of course, not every employer is going to behave honorably. This thinly-veiled campaign from Delta drew a lot of heat, and for good reason. They were actively advocating for their workers to purchase video games rather than pay union dues.

And these accusations against Kaiser Permanente don't bode well for any health care provider's reputation.

But the reality is that we just want the best for our workers and unions provide amazing apprenticeship programs that incentivize workers to learn trades that will carry them through their professional career.
