Prominent actor Dennis Quaid testified about the medical errors that his family experienced when his newborn twins were given the wrong dosage of blood thinner because of a medication error.

Quaid urged Congress not to take away consumers rights to hold drug companies responsible.  The Bush Administration FDA says that federal regulation of drugs preempts lawsuits to hold drug companies accountable for their actions.
