Small, boutique law firm seeks hire for dedicated and professional administrative role.


Though part-time, the person in this role will be an integral part of the firm. This person is responsible for providing administrative support for two lawyers, legal assistants, and managing their own independent workload.


A confident and professional phone manner is critical. In addition, candidates must work well with computer systems and have a highly-developed sense of attention to detail. The person in this role will be responsible for fielding phone calls, managing data in multiple spreadsheets, managing paper and digital records, communicating with and reporting back to our firm’s lawyers, legal assistants, and clients and upholding the general organizational construct of the firm.


20 hours per week (must be able to work Wednesdays and Fridays); this position may be perfect for recent graduates, working parents, or semi-retired professionals. Dedication and good attendance in this role are essential.  Administrative experience is a plus. The ability to speak Spanish is also a plus. We use Microsoft Office Suite.


Position commences June, 2017.
