If you're hurt (or killed) at work while you're on the job, you are entitled to workers compensation benefits whether your employer or one of your co-workers caused your injury, whether the accident was your fault, or no matter what caused the accident or injury.  But the law doesn't allow you to sue your employer for damages (as you would in a car accident or pedestrian accident case for example).

Instead, your case is governed by the D.C.
