And if they can get you on the phone and get you to make a mistake by saying the wrong thing, they WILL use that against you. Insurance companies WILL try to deny or delay the compensation you are rightfully entitled to.
So before you have you even speak to an adjuster or sign any forms, you need to be prepared. You can start by making sure you remember all the details of how the accident happened, your injuries, and most importantly – by educating yourself about the process.
